Payment & Insurance Information

HealthPoint Physical Therapy takes pride in working with each patient and their insurance company to verify coverage and make sound financial arrangements. We bill both primary and secondary insurances.

We accept assignment and are preferred providers/members with most payors/insurance companies including Group Health and insurance's of patients who choose HealthPoint. Private pay and walk-ins welcome!

We accept most insurance plans including Worker’s Compensation and most PPO plans.
